With a PrimaDonna Soul from De’Longhi, we can make our coffee exactly the way we like it: a different recipe depending on how your mood takes you, always with a perfect crema, great for guests – and above all, different for each individual person. Depending on what kind of beans you are using and their degree of roasting, this little Italian lady uses an especially adapted extraction process using Bean Adapt Technology. Each coffee has appropriate para­meters in terms of the grinding degree, brewing temperature and dosage. Via the touch display or the associated coffee link app, we can easily and intuitively change and redefine these variables for us. We vary them depending on what we personally want. We have saved our favourite combinations under our names so that we can call them up for any person whenever we want. This means everyone has their own flavour and can choose what nuances they desire themselves. Its simple operation, digital features, rapid execution, the latte crema system, the many options (coffee in the glass first and then the milk or perhaps the other way around?), the high quality design with stainless steel elements and the personalised settings always give you the best result. With the PrimaDonna Soul, we have become perfect baristas, managing to create coffee with a wonderfully dark colour, covered by a hazelnut-coloured crema with golden brown light reflections and a dense structure. Quite easy with the smart one-touch function. The souls of the roasted beans are released. The seductive scent and the unmistakeable aroma carry us away, cup by cup, over and over again to new, far-away lands, whose ­arabica and robusta beans spoil us: Brazil, Columbia, Ethiopia, Java, etc. are just a moment’s thought away. But our thoughts are with our guests. The foodies have dined and now have an appetite for a good drop of the black stuff. I can operate the machine really conveniently from the table and everyone gets their coffee as they like it. I just need a little friendly robot to serve the cups now!
