Ultima Collection
Ultima Collection’s success story began in 2016 with the founding of the company in the Swiss Alps and the opening of Ultima Hotel Gstaad. The vision: to set new standards in the luxury segment. Since then, the business model has continued on its successful course. The portfolio is made up of private villas & chalets, exclusive residences and elegant boutique hotels, which are currently present at seven top locations in Switzerland, France and Greece. Ultima Collection is backed by Ultima Capital SA, a listed property portfolio, project development and operating company. As part of the continuous growth strategy, the next Ultima Collection projects are already being planned or realised, and further activities are also in the pipeline in Europe and America – always following the vision of surpassing what is expected.
Breaking the mould of the luxury hotel industry and creating iconic experiences in the most beautiful locations: that is the vision of Ultima Collection.
Ultima Hotel Gstaad
Mighty beams and antique wood, whose grain tells of a bygone era. A crackling open fire, whose glow envelops the room. Time together with friends and family, filled with cheerfulness and accompanied by excellent service. As the flagship hotel, Ultima Hotel Gstaad represents the incomparable character of the Collection. The hotel nestles in the mountain idyll of the Swiss Alps not far from the village centre, following the traditional architectural style and offering maximum comfort and privacy at the same time. They house 11 suites and 6 residences, each equipped with the latest design interiors and ranging in size from 46 to 260 m², making them ideal for every requirement. The Ultima Signature Services leave nothing to be desired: Would you like a chauffeur or butler? A menu from a private chef today, instead of visiting the bar and restaurant? No problem at all. New highlight since the recent reopening: the spectacular spa with a 15-metre pool, an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, beauty salon and treatment rooms where you can be pampered with luxury products from Augustinus Bader and Seed to Skin Tuscany.
Ultima Promenade Gstaad
In addition to Ultima Hotel Gstaad, there will be another luxury brand hideaway in the popular Swiss alpine village in future: in an absolutely prime location, directly on the promenade in the centre of Gstaad, the unique chalet Ultima Promenade Gstaad will open in early summer 2025. Here you have the entire property – a prestigious jewel built in 1962 by Prince Karim Aga Khan IV – exclusively to yourself and can spread yourself out over four spacious floors. The alpine charm is combined with the timeless elegance of the furnishings, creating an ambience that is both cosy and inspiring. Up to 20 guests can be comfortably accommodated in 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus there is a separate children’s suite. Meet in the open-plan living area, enjoy a glass of wine by the open fire or a private dinner at the elegantly laid table, prepared by the private chef and served by the attentive staff. Further moments of pleasure follow, for example in the hotel’s own nightclub with bar, in the elegant home cinema, in the fitness suite or in the spa. After a walk to the nearby branches of international luxury labels on the promenade or an eventful day in the mountains, you can immerse yourself in the pool, the cosy warmth of the sauna or the wonderful aromas of the steam bath, while snowflakes float silently from the ceiling in the relaxation room.
Experience the old Gstaad in a new, private way: with the unique combination of the charm of past times, contemporary design comfort and curated five-star service.
